DAY 1

Arrival at Entebbe International Airport in the evening, meet and greet by your guide, then make a transfer to Kampala Town, 37 Kms 1hrs drive to the Hotel for an Overnight. Briefing about the Queen Elizabeth then to Rwenzori climb by your guide. Your guide will also check your equipments so that anything missing can be rented.

DAY 2

After a delicious breakfast we calmly drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park passing through Masaka road to cross the Equator to Mbarara Town for our Lunch then continue through Western rift valley. Have an evenning game drive as you enter Queen Elizabeth National Park. Relax near the pool at Mweya Peninsula before going for your dinner and overnight.

DAY 3:

Early morning game drive heading to the mating ground of the Uganda Kobs. We search for Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes and other wild animals in their natural habitat before returning for lunch. In the afternoon we take on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural channel that connects Lakes Edward and Lake George. Thanks to the abundant birdlife that is sighted, and the Elephants, Buffaloes and hundreds of Hippos that are cooling off at the shores, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your safari. In the evenning transifer to the Slopes of Mt. Rwenzori. Dinner and overnight at Nyabitaba Camp in Nyakalengija.

DAY 4

From Nyakalengija the starting point 2650m, you will hike through a thick tropical forest and climb up a step ridge with fields of ferms up to the camp, this takes 4-5hrs hike. The camp is located in a dence forested canopy mixed up with podoculpus trees. A view of variety of birds species, black and White colobus monkeys, butterflies and many more. Duikers and mountain elephants can be seen by chance. Dinner and overnight at;
John mate Camp

DAY 5

John Mate camp 3380m: From Nyabitaba to John Mate is a 6 - 7hrs walk. The trail takes you through the Kurt Schafar bridge at the Mubuku/ Bujuku rivers confluence, bamboo, heather with moss forest up to alpine zone of the giant lobelias and the groundsel to the camp surrounded by heather trees.The heather trees make its own zone however, you will find other species of trees like the St.Johns wart, rapanea,giant lobelia will be found in this zone. Animals like the rocky hyrax can be spotted or heared at night. Dinner and overnight at Bujuku Camp

DAY 6

Bujuku Camp 3977m: From John Mate to Bujuku camp will take you 4 - 5 hrs hike. The Camp is located beneath/foot of the heart of Mt.Stanley, Mt.Baker, Mt. Speke and the camp is a place you will have a breath taking view of the glaciers and Lake Bujukujust at a close range. Bujuku is preferred as a resting point for most peak climbers for acclimatization. From here you can ably climb Mt.Speke and back the same day. Dinner and overnight at Elena Camp.

DAY 7

Elena Camp 4541m: From Bujuku camp to Elena camp will take you 5 - 6 hrs hike. The camp is established at the snow line as the starting point to the main high peaks of Margherita 5109 and Alexandra both twin peaks on Mt. Stanly. On this day, ensure that you have all the necessary snow ware equipments in order to ensure your safety. Fom Elena camp to the summit will take you 6 - 7 hrs hike. Dinner and overnight at Kitandara Lakes Camp.

DAY 8

Kitandara Lakes Camp 4027 m: From Elena camp to Kitandara lakes camp will take you only 3 - 4 hrs hike.The camp is surrounded with senecio / groundsels trees, St.Johns wort. While at the camp you will be able to see the two beautiful upper and lower Kitandara Lakes. Have a nice view of the Elena glaciers from this camp. Dinner and ovenight at
Guy Yeoman Camp.

DAY 9

From Kitandara to Guy Yeoman is 5 - 7 hrs descend after an early morning thigh bursting climb lead you to the fresh field pass at 4280 m to have a view of the Edward glacierson Mt.Baker, Luigi du Savoia, Lakes of Kitandara and the Eastern part of Democratic Republic of Congo. Guy Yeoman is located within a scenic valley of River Mubuku, Bujongolo, Kendahi rock shelters of the Duke of Abruzzi and Kabamba waterfalls are part of the amazing attractions you will enjoy as you descend to this camp.
